Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience (IT field is advantageous)
- Experience in people management
- Excellent communication in Thai and English (verbal and written)
- Results focused by adopting flexible, innovative, and compliant approach
- Guide team members and set detailed account-wise plans to achieve organization’s sales and profitability results.
- Develop sales plan and collaborate with them to achieve organization goals
- Develop, maintain and strengthen long term favorable customer relationships.
- Mentor team members for achieving desired targets
- Facilitate best practice sharing and continuous learning within the team
- Continuously improve product knowledge and selling related skills, to provide better value add to customers that different from competitors
